A driver to collect or deliver your car

Choose “Deliver a car” or “Collect / return a car” in the Kahayadrivers request form. This service requests a person to drive the vehicle you provide between agreed locations.

Request vehicle pickup or delivery

For your own or hired vehicle

A driver can respond to a request to move a car, including collection or return of a hire car. Obtain the owner’s or rental provider’s permission before arranging another person to drive it. This flow does not book a recovery truck, courier vehicle or towing service.

Arrange the handover

Provide the pickup county, start time, collection point and destination. Use notes to explain who will release and receive the car. Agree how keys, vehicle condition, documents, fuel and the person authorised to accept the handover will be checked. Do not put identity documents or private access codes in public profiles.

Price and availability

Select hourly or daily service and the estimated duration. Review drivers who accept and their rates before choosing one. Pay a 50% deposit or in full through M-Pesa after selection. Requests remain dependent on a suitable driver and schedule.

Additional vehicle errands

Describe any related stop in your notes and confirm it with the driver and support before payment. The request form alone does not confirm garage work, inspection, courier delivery, fees paid on your behalf or permission to collect someone else’s property.
